Holly McCune, President, called the meeting to order at 6:30
p.m. A quorum of directors was present.
Homeowners’ Open Forum:

Concern about SCRA restrictions regarding
on-street parking in Suntree East.
Approval of Minutes:
MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve the
minutes of the regular board meeting on
March 21, 2016. APPROVED.
Finance Report:
·
Possibility of utilizing small claims court for
collecting delinquent accounts.
·
Attorney is still pursuing delinquent accounts.
Committee Reports:
a.
Home Improvement Committee
·
Linda Wood will join the Home Improvement
Committee
b.
Pool Committee
·
Art
has targeted the end of November/beginning of December for the repairs to the
pool tiles. Project should take no longer than two weeks.
c. Tree/Shrub
Committee
·
Quote from Groundskeeper to trim the trees on Mt
View was reviewed. Noel moved to accept the quote, seconded by Art, motion
carried.
·
Lisa and Joe complied a listing of those front
yards without trees and possible replacement trees.
·
Joe will address the empty planters on Mt. View
Old Business:
·
Front
entrance renovation discussion -
o
Jenkins to provide a quote to install irrigation
at the front entrance.
o
Date Palm at entrance seems to be struggling.
Joe will watch and advise if any action is needed.
·
Common Walls –
o
Outer repairs and paint have been completed but
filling in and covering the open blocks was not included in the contract. GNS
will completed the repair.
New Business:
·
Pool Furniture- The white straps on the chaise
lounges will be replaced.
Adjournment:
MOTION: It was moved and seconded to adjourn the
meeting at 7:45 p.m. APPROVED.
