Holly McCune, President, called the meeting to order at 6:30
p.m. A quorum of directors was present.
Homeowners’ Open Forum:
·
No concerns were brought up by the homeowners
present.
Approval of Minutes:
April minutes were not available for review. They will be
reviewed and approved at the next meeting.
President’s Report:
·
A meeting has been scheduled with Cox to discuss
reimbursement for the sleeve installation.
·
Reports of Bobcats in the community. Fish &
Game will not remove. It was recommended that homeowners carry air horns when
out walking.
Finance Report:
·
Concern expressed about the 8-9 delinquent
homeowners that have not paid the special assessment to date. They are all with the attorney and/or
collections.
Committee Reports:
a.
Home Improvement Committee
·
There are currently three homeowners working on
a character study for Suntree East. Study will identify architectural style and
characteristics of.
b.
Pool Committee
·
Water
level was too high; float has been adjusted.
·
Pool
tiles are in need of repair/replacement. Art has met with the same company that
completed the pool deck work to review what might be needed. Awaiting quote for
repair with a target start date at end of November 2016.
c.
Rules
& Regulations Committee
·
Steve,
Lisa and Brad volunteered to review current Rules & Regulations for
opportunities to update/change current guidelines.
d. Tree/Shrub
Committee
·
Palm trees need to be trimmed.
Old Business:
·
Front
entrance renovation discussion -
o
Additional signage-Nancy Brandl will be
contacted to obtain status of signage for entry gates.
o
Roof Tile replacement for cut outs on Via Linda
and repairs on Mountainview - Lisa is currently obtaining quotes for the
repair/replacement of the tile at entry gates.
o
Landscape- The landscaping at the front entrance
is doing well. Palm trees are healthy and plants/flowers are in bloom.

Common Walls –
o
Outer repairs and paint have been completed. The
tops of the walls will be filled in.
New Business:
·
Open Board Position- Noel moved to appoint Linda
Wood to the open position on the Board of Directors, seconded by Art, approved.
Adjournment:
MOTION: It was moved and seconded to adjourn the
meeting at 7:55 p.m. APPROVED.
