 Palm Tree Trimming

Friday, August 6th

Palm trees located in the common areas will be trimmed.

Please do not park under a palm tree on this date.

 Fanfol Gate Damage

You may have noticed that the Fanfol gate was damaged during the middle of the night on June 29th. This damage was not minor. Our gate company, ParkPro, is working on the fabrication of new parts for the gate. We intend to have the gate fixed as soon as possible.

Attention: We've heard reports of a mother bobcat and babies in Suntree East around the area of 105 & Saddlehorn.

Please be careful if you are out walking and/or walking your dogs.
