March Board Meeting - Tonight

Reminder that the regular monthly Board Meeting will be tonight in the Scottsdale Ranch Community Center at 6:30pm. Instead of the conference room, the meeting will be held in the large community room.

Reminder ---- Annual Meeting, March 18th

The Suntree East Annual Homeowner's Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18th in the Scottsdale Ranch Community Center at 6:30 p.m.

Please note: Due to annual meeting & elections being held on 3/18, the March board meeting will be held on Monday, March 23rd instead of March 16th.

Issues with 106th Street Entrance Gate

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing some operational issues with the 106th Street entrance gate. ParkPro has been out to assess the situation and advised that it will be next week before it can be fully repaired. In the meantime, that particular entrance gate has been locked and closed. 

Please note that the 106th Street exit gate is still working and accessible as are the other gates in the community.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pool re-opening delayed until Dec 16th

Work on the pool was delayed a bit due to last week's rainy weather. Work is expected to conclude this weekend, and then the pool will need to be refilled. We are anticipating that we can reopen the pool on Tuesday, December 16th.
