Issues with 106th Street Entrance Gate

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing some operational issues with the 106th Street entrance gate. ParkPro has been out to assess the situation and advised that it will be next week before it can be fully repaired. In the meantime, that particular entrance gate has been locked and closed. 

Please note that the 106th Street exit gate is still working and accessible as are the other gates in the community.

Pool re-opening delayed until Dec 16th

Work on the pool was delayed a bit due to last week's rainy weather. Work is expected to conclude this weekend, and then the pool will need to be refilled. We are anticipating that we can reopen the pool on Tuesday, December 16th.

Community Pool Will Be Closed: 12/1 - 12/12

The Suntree East community pool will be closed from December 1st through December 12th for repairs.

• Pool will be drained for installation of new tile around the waterline. New tile is needed as water is seeping under the current tiles and if we do not replace, additional damage will be caused to the pool.
• Missing tiles on the pool steps will be repaired/replaced.
• There are several spots in the pool interior floor surface that were identified in the Maricopa County inspector's report that need to be resurfaced as they are not smooth.
• Also identified in the report, are missing pool water return inlets that will be replaced.
• The pool decking will be completely resurfaced to fix cracks in the decking.
